At HERGUARD, we want your order to reach you safely and as smoothly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time includes confirming your order, preparing and packaging your items, and arranging dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service used.

The estimated total timeframe from placing your order to receiving it is therefore approximately 3–10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, incorrect delivery information, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

Delivery Areas

HERGUARD currently delivers to addresses within South Africa.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery Fees

Applicable delivery fees will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. HERGUARD cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.
